We’re continuing to make the Most Likely Buyers program bigger and stronger by providing more valuable information on individual consumer shopping behavior.

 

We’re also able to show the factors that contributed to the overall consumer Intensity Score. Now, when you go into your dealership’s Most Likely Buyers report, you’ll be able to see the Score Factors that impact each current consumer score by clicking on the score itself. It will also be displayed on the individual consumer page.

 

At DSplus, we’re driven to make your lives easier when qualifying consumers. These contributing metrics will allow you to better understand why that consumer is ranked at a specific score. Additionally, these factors will be included in CRM Connect alerts going forward.
